Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS:

CHEQUES:
We also accept payment by cheque. All cheques should be made out to "Robosys Ltd". You should allow 10 working days for cheques to clear, after which the goods will be despatched (subject to stock availability).
You have the right to cancel any order. The Cancellation Period begins from the day on which the contract for the supply of goods is concluded (i.e. the day of purchase). The Cancellation Period ends on the expiry of 7 working days, beginning on the day after the day on which the consumer receives the goods. Goods must be returned in an unused state, and in their original packaging. The consumer is liable to pay for the cost of returning the goods to ourselves. We will return your money within 30 days of notice of cancellation (i.e. 30 days from the date the invoice was posted or given). This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Shipping and Handling
Goods should be inspected before they are signed for. Goods should be REFUSED if they are obviously seriously damaged in transit. You must notify us via email within 24 hours if your goods are subsequently found to be damaged.
Delivery Schedule
Most items are kept in stock, and therefore we aim to deliver your order right away. You should normally expect to receive your order within 1-5 business days - however it may take longer if items are out of stock. We will keep you informed of any delays.
Deliveries are normally between 9-5PM weekdays, but alternative arrangements can be made. Please contact us for details.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details. Returns Policy
- RETURNS & COMPLAINTS
We want you to be completely happy when you shop with us. Occasionally though, you may want to return items. Under our 7 day returns guarantee, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us unused. The item must be in its original condition, with all packaging materials, manuals and accessories intact within 7 days of the date you received the item. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with these requirements.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of your order, you should contact us via email in the first instance. We will keep you informed throughout the process. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
